Craniosacral Therapy is a hands-on, clothed modality that uses gentle touch to release tension in the central nervous system. With all the imbalance, stress, and trauma in today’s society, many of us struggle with an unbalanced nervous system. The focus of Cranial sacral therapy is to promote the movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system, to help enhance the body’s natural healing abilities.

During Your Session

Jessica will apply this therapy using a variety of craniosacral holds on different parts of the body. This may include the sacrum, legs, hands, feet, arms, abdomen, head, face, and possibly other bony landmarks such as the PSIS and ribs. This will help support your nervous system and help provide an improved sense of well-being. Session is 60 minutes. Please dress comfortably.

About Your Practitioner

Jessica has been practicing Reiki since 2021, and acquired her Reiki Level I & II certificates from Angelic Roots. In January 2023, she discovered Zen Shiatsu and Craniosacral as a way to complement her Reiki practice, and she has been studying at Zen Shiatsu School Chicago. After graduation in November 2023, she will continue her internship hours to fulfill course credits.

Jessica is very excited to introduce these new styles of bodywork at Angelic Roots! Her path is to support and guide people on their journey, this is her dharma. Knowing the importance of taking care of energetic health, she is eager to work with the community and appreciates the opportunity to be part of your journey!
